WTH!
Darn HMT report driving my group nuts. Don't even know if we are on the right track. Worse still, I think I dropped my mp3 player in school. My 21st birthday present by my army mates! I still got to move stuff to my new place and saturday afternoon has finance class... arghzzzz!!! When all bad things start to befall on you, it comes in groups. Well at least friday evening was a break. PERSEVERE Winston!

&oops. I randomize and scribbled again-
A Breather!
After 3 tests and a group assignment in a span of eight days, I can finally breathe a bit. What a hectic and stressful week for a very long time. At the same time was also busy with council stuff. Well it gets tougher with every semester.
Well this coming week I will be busy as I will be shifting to a new home soon. Haiz in my lifetime I have shifted like 4 times le, which is considered quite a lot. Somehow my parents are more attached to the south area and I think a certain part of me too. Seems eveything here seems slower pace than the other parts of Singapore, compared to city or the north side. Besides getting to city or Sentosa is so much convenient.
So my new place will be... well also in the south area... haha and its much more secluded. Not so bad but darn there are only 3 bus services. However in the near future the circle line will be up so I guess it will be much convenient and accessable.
This looks like I will be away from blogging again. Well my entries aren't always early... haha. Besides I got another assignment to settle... groan.... Till then.

Southern Sprint
Sorry for the late postings again. Been pretty busy with all the tests coming up. Nevertheless I still went down on the 12/02/07 (monday) for the Southern Sprint organised by RMIT student council. And guess what? My team came in 3rd! Just that theres no prize for being 2nd runner-up (zzz......). Anyway here are some of the moments taken in that day. Enjoy!

Some Thoughts
Just now dropped by at the IT fair with my secondary school brother to check out the latest deals. As usual it was "people mountain people sea" but at least I could walk and not be squeezed like sardines. The last time I remembered going into an IT fair was full so cramped that you could hardly even shake yourself.
Then we happened to converse a while on the topic of loneliness. It seems that most humans can never live alone. I am not saying there aren't. However no matter how independent and strong that person is, the pangs of loneliness do strike once a while. After all we are humans and we need the feeling of being loved or at least remembered.
It reminds me of what I studied about Maslow's hierarchy of needs in my poly days. The social needs involves friendships, family and sexual intimacy. But lets not get into the details. The bottomline is that humans need to love and be loved in some sense. So no matter how we hide or run away from it, it will always be there if you do not fulfil it.
Its true especially those who are single, just broke up or lost someone in their lives. That feeling can sometimes be so overwhelming that it can really breaks you down. Of course it depends on the individual but to a certain extent, it has some impact on the person.
Therefore we should cherish those around us such as our family and friends. It will only be too late once you realise that you should have cherished them when something happens.

Back!
Yoz people! Its been close to 2 weeks since I last blog... haha. However I have valid reasons.
First of all it was Chinese New Year! Everyone busy visiting, gambling, eating, drinking etc. Where got time to blog?! Ya I lost money on the gambling table. This year I taught my cousins how to play Texas Hold'em and guess what? Instead of winning, I was trying not to lose too much. Darn the start of the pig year doesn't look good man. I saw on tv and the fortune teller (not sure what you call him) said that those born in the pig year must go pray to Tai Sui. Lucky colour and number are green and 3. Benefactor is those born in the year of tiger. Wonder how true is it...
My second reason was I fell sick on chu 2! Darn it's very terrible to fall sick on CNY. You can't eat the goodies and enjoy whatever you are doing. I did not even eat those tarts and koroppo in the first place, only some bah kua. I guess the combination of heaty food, drinking less water and not enough rest is a potent concotion to get sick. Worse still I was sick for like a week. My throat was so painful that even drinking water hurt. Its been some time since I got sick for such a long period. At one point my temperature was a scorching 40.1 degrees! i was really dizzy by then. Fortunately by the fifth day the antibiotics and medicine was helping.
Right after my recovery, I had to deal with my ER essay that was due in 1 week time. Actually I did it halfway but the feeling of doing your work just when you recovered is really sucky. But work is work so I just slog on before I handed up last friday. Glad it was over!
And in between there was my council outing last monday. After dinner at New York New York, we headed to Esplanade to watch fireworks. But alas it was not shown on that day. So we went to roof of the Esplanade and play forfeit games, courtesy of James. Luckily I did not kena that many forfeits unlike Gary. Everything from tissue to cherry to pumping he did it. Poor guy. Nevertheless everyone had fun!
And so not blogging for 2 weeks really have a lot of things to write. Actually there were more stuff but I don't want to bore you so much with details. Till then again. Cheers!
